We went at 5:30 pm, so it was not crowded, or understaffed. But, what I know you did not do is serve freshly made french fries. Let's be honest Red Robin, you cooked those french fries eight hours ago, have left them under a heat lamp, and threw them in the microwave before you brought them out. Those memories are now replaced with memories of mushy garbage in the shape of a french fry. ![]() I had fond memories of growing up and eating fresh steak fries from Red Robin. The "endless fries"? What you should "end" is ever serving those fries. It was slightly more tender than a hockey puck, but only slightly. Burger meat was dry like corn meal and cooked into oblivion. Instead, I had the worst meal I have eaten in years. ![]() I was convinced that for $14.95 this would be an excellent dining experience. I decided to go all out and order the "Black & Bleu" from their "Gourmet" burger section. Let me just sum up our dining experience here tonight in two words: Disgusting Crap! Apparently for Red Robin, being under the umbrella of a "family friendly" environment and serving "endless fries" equates to having the permission to serve terrible food.
